Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Giraffy Co. purchase you may return your purchase to us within 30 days for a full refund (does not include custom-made products or products that have been engraved or printed for custom purposes, shipping is not refundable if the return is not caused by the products' quality issue). The date you receive your product will be counted as the first day.
If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately!
All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees. However, we will provide a return label (at no cost to you) via email for any orders that were fulfilled incorrectly.
To return your products, follow these steps:
1. Apply for return/refund on your order page.
2. We will contact you to provide you with a return shipping label.
3. Repackage your products.
4. Print out this label and affix to your package with purchases
5. Drop off at your nearest post office.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse.
