Return & Exchange Policy

At Giraffy Co., we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you find that your purchase does not meet your needs, you can return it to us under the following conditions:

1. Time Frame: You may return your purchase within 30 days from the date of receipt. The date you receive your product is counted as the first day.

2. Condition of Items:
- Unopened and Unused Items: If the item is unopened and unused, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Giraffy Co. will pay for the return cost.
- Opened but Unused Items: Can be returned but not exchanged. If the item package is opened but the item is unused, we can arrange a return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. A restock fee of CAD 15 plus 30% of the product's retail price (after any discounts) will be charged.
- Used Items: If the item is used, we cannot accept a return or exchange.

3. Custom-made products: All custom-made products or products that have been engraved or printed for custom purposes are final sale. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to a product quality issue.

4. Product Quality Issues/Warranty: If there is a quality issue with the product, we will assist you in contacting the brand to process the warranty.

5. Contact Us: For any problems with your order, please contact us immediately.

6. Return Procedure:
- Apply for a return/refund on your order page. Or reach out to us through email [email protected]
- We may ask for images to confirm if the item is used or the package has been opened.
- Repackage your products in their original packaging.
- Drop off the package at your nearest post office.

7. Refund Processing: Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse.

Note: All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees, except in cases of incorrect order fulfillment, for which we will provide a return label via email at no cost to you.
