Do I get discount if I do bulk order?
Yes, if you order 5 or more, you will get discounts. If you register as a business, you have 10% off on your entire order.
How long does it take to personalize?
Usually 1-2 business days (holiday season may take a bit longer). 1 business day for design and confirmation and 1 business day to process.
How do I get the design?
After ordering, you'll receive design options; customize engraving details or foil stamping and please email images to info@giraffyco.com for guidance.
What will the product look like after being personalized?

What is the return/refund policy of the personalized products?
Personalized products are non-returnable/refundable. For quality issues, exchanges may be offered depending on brand warranties.
Will the product warranty been affected?

Can you make customized gold stamp patterns (company logo/monochrome patterns) other than the characters, numbers, and the symbols?
