How do I get the design？
After ordering, you'll receive design options; customize engraving details or foil stamping and please email images to [email protected] for guidance.
What can be personalized？
All products that is in the personalizable category can be personalized. For items that are not in the category, please contact us for more information.
What is the pricing for custom products?
Pricing depends on method, product, content, and quantity; refer to pricing section or chat with us. Simple content has a fixed rate; consult for special or complex designs.
Do I get discount if I do bulk order?
Yes, if you order 5 or more, you will get discounts. If you register as a business, you have 10% off on your entire order.
How long does it take to personalize?
Usually 1-2 business days (holiday season may take a bit longer). 1 business day for design and confirmation and 1 business day to process.
