What can be returned and what can not?

Except drinkware, drinks, sales item, and personalized items, others are returnable.

Return Policy (Normal / holiday)

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Refund Period

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately.
